Diabetes Shop is open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday 9-7, Saturday 9-4 and Sunday 12-4. In most cases we are able to call you back within the hour to serve you better.

At Diabetes Shop we understand what it is like to manage diabetes. Our store serves a large diabetic community and is able to negotiate great deals from the suppliers. This saving is intern offered to our clients who are able to use that saving for better health care and improve overall quality of their lives. To make things better we save time and effort as our total diabetes care services provide you with all your needs at your door step at the ease of a click of a button.

e) Customers who are not able to go to different stores to better manage their diabetes. etc.

This is not to suggest that others cannot save money and time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We do not currently accept checks or money orders.

We are committed to ensuring the integrity of payment information, and the prevention of credit card fraud. We work with the card associations to ensure that our e-commerce payment processing solutions are secure and in complete compliance with their rules and regulations.

Diabetes Shop offers free shipping for any order over CAN$200 (before taxes), some exclusions apply. Our flat rate for orders under $200 is $8. 

We use Fedex, Purolator or Canada post services to deliver your order to you. In most cases we strive for overnight shipping.(Some exclusions apply to rural and other areas) 

Customers from US should call to enquire because some items cannot be shipped across the border.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DiabetesShop.ca within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If not the freight of the product returned must be prepaid by you. Just call or write to us and we will guide you through the return process. 

Some exclusions may apply on returns on special products like insulin etc.

We know how busy your life can be, so to make things simple and easy we are able to schedule your order with any time interval. Just let us know how and when you would like your order executed and we will take care of the rest. Presently Diabetes Shop is working on a module where in you could decide, reschedule, repeat and cancel your order automatically.

We provide you with an official receipt, signed by a registered pharmacist with Ontario College of Pharmacist, so that you are able to submit it to third party or other relevant organizations for reimbursement.

Diabetes Shop is currently unable to provide this service. However we are working on a plan where in we are able to provide Rx services in most cities. Please look for updates in the future.
