Diabetes Shop offers free shipping for any order over CAN$200 (before taxes), some exclusions apply. Our flat rate for orders under $200 is $8.

General Returns Policy
 
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DiabetesShop.ca within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If not the freight of the returned product must be prepaid. Just call or write to us and we will guide you through the return process.
 
Some exclusions may apply on returns on special products like insulin etc.,
 
We offer big savings on most supplies listed with Diabetes Shop. All the savings could be used for better health care and improve quality of life.
 
Orders within Canada are shipped in a day or 2 (Some exclusions apply).
